1. Application: 
    Fuel tanks for car, truck and yacht.
2. An introduction with each of the machines for Fuel Tank Production line：
    (1) NC Seaming Machine：In accordance with the Imitating type mechanism harmonized with the 
          NC servo system, the fuel tank (upper piece and lower piece) will be automatically seam-
          welded by the fringe of fuel tank.
    (2) Spot Welding Machine : Before seam-welding procedure, the fuel tank (upper piece and lower 
          piece) must be welded by Spot Welding Machine first in order to combine the upper piece and  
          lower piece.
    (3) Leaking Tester： After seam-welding process, the fuel tank must be checked and tested with
　　  this Leaking Tester.
    (4) 3-Phase DC Projection Welding Machine： the projection welding for the body of fuel tank and 
          oil gauge stand. It is the rapid and efficient welding instead of traditional brazing.
    (5) Double Housing 3-Phase DC Projection Welding Machine：It is the Three-in-One projection 
          welding machine, which can process the following welding;
          (a) the oil gauge stand & the body of oil tank.
          (b) the inlet caliber of gas & the body of oil tank.
          (c) the outlet caliber of gas and the body of oil tank.
    (6) Dual Gun NC Spot Welding Machine：the prevailing Spot Welding Machine which executing  
          the welding for the oil gauge stand & the body of fuel tank.
    (7) Horizontal Seam Welding Machine：this machine is manipulated manually, a simple model
          of Seam Welding Machine.
       
3. Characteristic :

          and that makes the machine more steady and excellent while being at 3 shifts.
    (5) Both the upper and lower electrodes are operated synchronously, and the adjusting 
           mechanism for the welding electrode is also the guarantee of our quality indeed.
    (6) After being training a little while, operator can manipulate the machines smoothly for sure.
