1.Application：

2.An introduction with each of the machines for sheet metal and frame of windows：
   (1) Automatic NC Multi-Spot Welding Machine for Car Hood：
         After the assembly of 3-set reinforcing sheet metals for car hood on the fixture, the multi-spot 
         welding will be executed by 3 sets of NC servo systems simultaneously. To compare with the 
         production processed by a robot, this machine brings more profit and high efficiency definitely. 
   (2) Automatic 2-Axis (X&Y axis) NC Car Hood Spot Welding Machine：
         It’s applied to the welding with the accessories of car hood lock, the multi-spot welding job 
         will be executed by 2 sets of NC servo systems simultaneously. To compare with the 
         production processed by a robot, this machine brings more profit and high efficiency definitely.
   (3) The Seam Welding Production Line for the frame of Car’s Window and Door：
          It’s applied to the welding with the frame of door and window for car. To be coordinated with 
          the different design of frame, this machine can constantly be set up with different settings
          according to the different welding position.
   (4) Steel Belt TIG Joint Machine：
          It’s applied to the welding for the joint of cold steel roll. For making the steel materials 
          supplied to the production line continuously, this machine can proceed with the welding for 
          both ends of theses two steel rolls (between one and another cold steel roll). A so-called joint
          welding machine.

3. Characteristic :

    (4) The silver contact conduction is manipulated to the copper base of seam welding machine, 
          and that makes the machine more steady and excellent while being at 3 shifts.
    (5) After being training a little while, operator can manipulate the machines smoothly for 
          sure.
